Contribute to the administration of Human Resources subsystems, involving personnel department, recruitment and selection, training, compensation, and benefits administration. Support the admission and integration processes of new employees. Assist in the control of attendance, vacations, and leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
