What is the focus of the role?
As an HR Advisor, you provide support to the organisation’s leaders and employees (which may include subsidiary and related companies) in a specialist area of HR, such as case management. You support a high-performance culture by working closely with the business in supporting HR and people related matters at both a tactical and strategic level. Your knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment obligations means you are an integral contributor to the delivery of people processes and initiatives that support our business objectives.
What You Will Do
People, Culture, and Communications - Wellbeing Employee Services oversees Telstra's wellbeing and workplace relations programs.
The HR Advisor will work closely with People Leaders and key stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support in case management.
Your deep expertise in HR policies and procedures as well as our employment agreements means that you provide support and coaching to our people leaders to drive improved performance and behaviours consistent with our values. You also provide an objective view in investigations to achieve the right outcomes.
