Job Description:

HPE Aruba Networking is redefining the "Intelligent Edge". HPE Aruba Networking is creating new customer experiences by building intelligent spaces and digital workspaces - leading next-generation network access solutions for the mobile Enterprise. Responsibilities:

  • Partner Ready Vantage Program Lead for SOUTHPAC Networking Channel
  • Ensure HPE Networking partners remains compliant in maintaining Partner Ready Vantage(PRV) membership through regular gaps assessments on certifications and revenue
  • Coordinate trainings either F2F/Virtual instructor led for HPE Networking partners
  • Point of contact to address Networking certifications and training queries
  • Assist partners to onboard into PRV and Fast track programs
  • Led and manage HPE Networking Champions program together with all stakeholders
  • Develop deep understanding of channel reporting dashboards, channel processes and systems.
  • Support APJ channel operations activities and business analytics (as required) both regular reports and ad-hoc analysis
  • Develop and nurture a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork (across entire Networking family) and knowledge sharing across all relevant teams and functions

Experience/ Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in an Operational role
  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
  • Experience administering and maintaining sales tools, systems and online resources
  • Ability to effectively communicate processes, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
  • Enjoy interacting with cross functional teams across an organization
  • Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach,
  • Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
  • The ideal candidate will be analytically minded; a problem solver; focused, organized & driven; self-starter; have strong communication skills; passion & pride in their work; flexibility to adjust to requirements and ability operate in a dynamic and fast changing environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint & PowerBI knowledge would be advantage.
