Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales floor operations and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Train, coach, and develop sales staff for continuous improvement
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Resolve customer concerns and support a smooth sales process
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to drive dealership performance


Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive Sales Management or Sales Desk Manager experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
