What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

  • Follow individualized Plans of Care to help patients reach their goals

  • Teach patients and caregivers safe ways to use assistive devices like canes, walkers, and wheelchairs

  • Provide guidance on at-home therapy exercises and techniques

  • Monitor and communicate patient progress and any changes in condition

  • Ensure care meets state guidelines and company standards

What You’ll Need

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice

  • 6+ months of experience as a PTA preferred

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

  • Ability to travel within your assigned service area (up to 50%)

  • Ability to lift or transfer patients (50–100 lbs.) and work in a dynamic, hands-on environment
