A Snapshot
The Head of Workplace Experience will be responsible for developing and implementing AirTrunk’s workplace strategy across Asia Pacific. This leadership role is central to shaping both the physical workspace and the cultural environment of our office - ensuring they embody our brand, support our people, and foster operational excellence.
They will oversee our corporate real estate strategy, workplace programming, events and hospitality, integrated facilities management, travel and our health and wellbeing initiatives.
As a seasoned leader, the ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in workplace operations, corporate real estate, vendor management, travel management, and strategic planning. They will play a crucial role in positioning our workplace as a strategic asset – supporting our business to drive talent attraction and retention and enhancing the overall employee experience.
