Te Tūranga – About The Role
Join us as our Head of Supply Chain & Infrastructure, where you’ll lead the development and execution of a world-class supply chain strategy that supports our 2030 goals and beyond.
Reporting to the GM Wholesale & Customer Service Centre, you’ll drive transformation across our support centre and stores, championing continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-centricity.
This role is highly strategic - you’ll work closely with the Wholesale Leadership Team, Membership & Property, Supply Chain, Owner Operators and other key areas more to answer big questions like:
·       Where should our stores be located to best serve our customers?
·       What infrastructure do we need to support future growth?
·       How do we design a supply chain that’s fit for purpose, future-ready, and financially sustainable?
In this role, you’ll also:
·       Lead the design and delivery of a prioritised supply chain and infrastructure programme aligned to FSNI’s strategic goals.
·       Drive operational efficiency and reduce CODB through best-practice processes and productivity insights.
·       Deliver benefits from EWM and other strategic tools, ensuring they evolve to meet business needs.
·       Shape the property strategy for future growth, including Cash n Carry, temperature-controlled solutions, and store investment planning.
·       Inspire a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer promise delivery.
·       Champion integration across divisions, identifying opportunities for ROI, efficiency, and service improvement.
·       Role model leadership and partner effectively across FSNI, including Gilmours stores and Owner Operators.
What You’ll Bring
·       Proven leadership experience in diverse, high-performing teams and stakeholder engagement.
·       A strategic mindset with the ability to align operational execution to long-term business goals and market opportunities.
·       Proven experience in designing and delivering productivity initiatives that drive measurable efficiency and performance gains
·       Strong B2B operations capability with a commercial and customer-first mindset.
·       Excellent planning, communication, and presentation skills.
·       Collaborative yet independent working style, with agility in fast-paced environments.
·       Practical commercial acumen and ROI appreciation.
·       Experience in programme/project management, operational design, and change delivery.
·       Curiosity, resilience, and a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
