We’re looking for a bold, curious and commercially sharp Head of Games Marketing to lead the strategy, planning and delivery of all marketing activity for Paddy Power Games.
This role sits at the heart of the Brand – where entertainment meets performance – and will own how we show up across every channel from ATL to CRM.
You’ll be responsible for driving full TTL marketing plans that excite our players, grow our audience and cement PP Games as the most entertaining gaming brand in the market.

The role will lead a team of two – the senior brand manager and the brand manager and will work closely with the Head of Media, the Head of Brand Strategy, the commercial team and the wider Flutter Games teams and will report into the Marketing Director.
Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy that rives growth across Casino, Live Casino and new product development.
Translate commercial priorities into compelling creative and media plans that cut through culture and deliver results.
Oversee 360 campaigns from concept to delivery – spanning TV, digital, social, PR, CRM, influencer and on-site activation.
Partner with creative, media and product teams to ensure every campaign is on-brand, data-informed and commercially effective.
Lead and support the evolution of our digital marketing strategy, ensuring best in class execution across paid media and help guide SEO and CRM
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and BI teams to optimise campaigns, drive ROI and continually enhance our customer journeys.
Lead a high performing team, ensuring clarity of roles and growth opportunities.
Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, analytics, finance and commercial teams to align on goals and reporting.

Proven experience operating as a senior media-manager in a fast paced, B2C organisation preferably within gaming, entertainment or another high growth consumer brand.
Proven track record to design and execute campaigns that drive both brand fame and customer acquisition in a highly competitive category.
Deep understanding of digital channels, customer acquisition, retention and performance optimisation.
Strong strategic thinking – able to balance creativity with commercial rigour.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
A love of the Paddy Power brand and the confidence and experience to push boundaries.
Strong knowledge on how to drive cultural cut through with both traditional and digital channels.
Understanding of seasonal dynamics (EG Cheltenham, Major football tournaments) and how to adapt plans around sporting calendars and offers.
Strong understanding of the betting and gaming industry.
Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams.
