Leading a team of Corporate Consulting Leaders and Health Insurance Consultants to deliver market-leading consultancy and account management.
Responsibility to own and drive the Corporate Insurance P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Develop and execute strategic plans for new business and retention, collaborating with both the Marketing and Distribution teams.
Be an internal champion, cross-selling across Bupa’s portfolio, deepening customer relationships and expanding product reach.
Use data insights and market trends to optimise performance and customer outcomes.
Ensure all distribution activities meet regulatory standards and deliver fair customer outcomes.
Represent Bupa externally, building strong partnerships with corporate clients and intermediaries.
We’re looking for a strategic leader with deep experience and understanding in B2B sales and account management within financial services or healthcare.
You’ll bring:

Strong communication and negotiation skills at board level.
A customer-first mindset with a track record of treating customers fairly.
Expertise in regulated environments and compliance.
