Head of Channel & Marketing Operations

Role overview:

We’re seeking a highly competent, strategic leader to run Channel Marketing & Operations for North America. In this role you will own everything that flows through the channel — from distributor and reseller programs to regional reseller marketing, audio and video value propositions to and through the channel, content and events. You’ll lead a specialized team and partner closely with Sales, Product, Digital, Global Marketing, Finance and agencies to maximize channel-sourced revenue, drive partner engagement, and scale operational excellence.

Location: North America (Remote; U.S. — Eastern time zone preferred)

Team reporting to you:

You are a marketing team leader with focus on the channel to maximize Jabra’s strategic go-to-market business model. A broad and competent team will report into you with dedicated roles in the areas of distribution, DMR/NSP resellers, regional resellers, video and events.

Key responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Set and execute the North America channel strategy in alignment channel sales leaders, and supporting both regional and global priorities and commercial targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing channel and operations team; define clear goals, KPIs and development plans.
  • Act as the senior marketing partner to channel sales leadership to align partner incentives, territory plans, and pipeline generation.

Partner & Program Management

  • Build and scale partner programs (MDF/co-op, joint campaigns, partner tiers, incentives) to accelerate reseller and distributor performance.
  • Manage reseller and distributor relationships at the program level to ensure adoption and growth.
  • Develop co-marketing frameworks, content playbooks, and performance expectations for partners.

Marketing Operations & Measurement

  • Own channel campaign planning, budgeting, forecasting and ROI measurement; tie mar-keting activities to revenue.
  • Lead martech strategy and operational integrations and execution (CRM, PRM, etc.), ensuring accurate lead flow, attribution and reporting.
  • Implement robust campaign governance, tagging, QA, and data hygiene practices and GDPR-compliant data privacy policies.

Content, Creative & Demand

  • Align video and content strategies to support partner enablement, product launches and demand generation.
  • Oversee events strategy and execution for partner-facing shows, reseller trainings, and regional activations to maximize pipeline.

Process & Vendor Management

  • Establish scalable processes, SLAs and governance for agencies and vendors supporting channel initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with global brand standards while enabling regional localization.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Global Marketing and the CMO to operationalize global campaigns for the North America channel.
  • Drive localization of global assets in the local North American market together with distribution channel partners
  • Work with Finance and Sales Operations on program funding, tracking MDF usage, and reconciliations.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field required, master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience; 3–5+ years in channel/partner marketing and marketing operations leadership.
  • Proven success leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing distributed marketing channels (distributors, DMRs, resellers).
  • Strong operational acumen: budgeting, forecasting, process design, and martech integrations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience building executive dashboards and telling a data-driven story.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.; remote within the U.S.; Eastern Time Zone preferred.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B or consumer tech, audio, IT, or B2B2C channels.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms and concepts, PRM platforms, Customer Insights Journey, Monday.com, Asana, and attribution tools.
  • Experience in data sharing contracts and collaborative business models.
  • Experience managing events and video content at scale.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $125,000.00 to $170,000.00 base with an additional sales incentive compensation plan. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
