In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the Concierge and Guest Services team, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver anticipatory, thoughtful, and personalized service that reflects the legendary Four Seasons standards. You will also build strong relationships with local partners and curate unique experiences that showcase the best of Taormina and Sicily.
What you will do
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Concierge Desk and Guest Services team, ensuring smooth communication and excellence in guest service.
Provide guidance, training, and motivation to both the Concierge and Guest Services teams to ensure a culture of warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Handle guest requests promptly and effectively, from transportation and restaurant reservations to tailor-made itineraries and special experiences.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local vendors, tour operators, and cultural institutions to enhance the guest experience.
Manage daily administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination with the Front of House Manager.
What you bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Concierge supervisory or leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team, fostering collaboration and a sense of pride in service.
Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are considered an asset

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position
The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
