Harvest Room Labor PR05 (Live Hang) - 1st shift - Waldron, AR

Job Details:

This position is responsible for lifting live birds from a conveyor belt, hanging their feet into a moving shackle. Must be able to rotate with other hangers and operate the belt conveyor switch. Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor or lead.

Starting pay rate: $19.75/hour

Job Requirements:

· Standing up to 10+ hours per day

· Twisting, bending, using arms and hands, lifting birds that weigh 3+lbs

· 100% manipulation of hands, arms, back and legs

· Able to work in outside conditions ranging from hot to cold, adequate lighting and ventilation. Noisy with mechanical hazards and moving objects.

· Must pass background check.

This facility accepts rehires after 180 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson. Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal.
