Hair Stylist

Splendido (Tucson, AZ) Part Time

Join a luxury senior living community that’s also a wellness destination. Mather is seeking a part-time Hair Stylist to deliver exceptional salon services in a warm, resident-focused environment. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact every day. As a hair stylist you will  deliver exceptional salon services to residents in our vibrant luxury senior living community. We’re looking for someone with a current cosmetology or barbering license, strong customer service skills, and ideally, experience working with older adults. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Essential Functions

  • Provide full-service salon treatments including cutting, coloring, perming, and styling for women and men
  • Consult with residents to understand their preferences and deliver personalized service
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional salon environment
  • Promote wellness and beauty products and meet retail sales goals
  • Support spa operations, including inventory, sanitation, and appointment scheduling
  • Ensure a safe and respectful experience for all residents
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Must hold and maintain a current State cosmetology or barbering license. 
  • Ability to use or learn a variety of tech-based services and platforms, e. Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, resident facing portals, and spa specific appointment/ booking software.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with older adults.
