Position Summary
The Guest Ambassador oversees the daily operations of the dealership’s service drive, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and efficient workflow. Acting as the “air traffic controller” of the service lane, this role directs vehicles to the appropriate areas, manages service greeter staff, and maintains smooth coordination between advisors, technicians, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Service Drive Coordination:
Direct incoming vehicles to the correct service bays or staging areas.
Monitor traffic flow to prevent bottlenecks and maintain safety standards.
Staff Management:
Supervise and schedule service greeters, ensuring coverage during peak hours.
Provide training and coaching to maintain high levels of customer service.
Customer Interaction:
Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
Assist with initial check-in and answer basic service-related questions.
Operational Efficiency:
Communicate with service advisors and technicians to prioritize work.
Track vehicle status and ensure timely movement through the service process.
Quality & Compliance:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane.
Ensure adherence to dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive service operations or dealership environment preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
