This role supports the development of the digital strategy and growth initiatives in GTS, including strategic alignment of the core aftermarket business with digital transformation opportunities.
 

As a Senior Growth & Strategy Manager – Digital, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of digital market in the energy sector, including emerging technologies (AI, IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins, etc.)
  • Monitoring competitor digital strategies in aftermarket services, deriving strategic implications/ supporting the positioning of the core business in the digital landscape
  • Supporting in the definition of the digital strategic gameboard with the aim to define where to position/ invest, through generation of new ideas, building strategic scenarios and business cases for digital adoption
  • Supporting the definition of strategic roadmaps, assessing operational readiness across systems, processes, and workforce capabilities, identifying gaps and opportunities for digital transformation, and co-creating digital maturity roadmaps with cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring consistency and alignment between core business strategy and digital initiatives, supporting the integration of digital transformation goals into long-range planning and strategic roadmaps
  • Supporting GTS Strategy Leader and Digital Leader to cascade the digital strategy to all GTS growth areas and organization

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with significant experience in Strategy, Product Leadership, commercial, in Digital sector
  • Have a deep understanding of digital and aftermarket dynamics and its evolution, show experience in understanding digital product and their value, customer dynamics and decision process
  • Have proven experience in digital transformation, strategy, or innovation roles, preferably in industrial or energy sectors
  • Have proven experience working in matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Have sound understanding of digital business models, value creation, and monetization strategies
  • Have familiarity with GTS (Global Technical Services) and EE (Energy & Equipment) domains is advantageous
  • Be able to show good analytical skills and proven capabilities to develop Business Cases
  • Be fluent in English and Italian
