As a Global Security Senior Supervisor, you will play a critical role managing and maintaining security operations across multiple Stryker Medical campus buildings in Portage, MI, contributing to the safety and resilience of Stryker’ operations. In this role, you will ensure the protection of personnel, property, and information by overseeing daily security functions, responding to incidents, maintaining security systems and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will also serve as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Security Director and collaborate closely with internal departments to foster a safe and secure work environment.
* This role is fully on-site and requires working from our Portage, MI office 5 days per week.
