Global Security Office Program Manager - Hybrid

Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, the Security Office Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight to ensure the development and execution of strategic security initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the corporate security office by leading cross-functional projects, mobilizing teams, and driving strategic outcomes. The successful candidate will act as a force multiplier, increasing the impact of the security team across the organization. The role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver who can adapt to both strategic and tactical needs in a dynamic environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Chief Security Officer and senior leadership team in driving critical security initiatives and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Develop a deep understanding of security operations to inform strategy and shape the organizational roadmap.

  • Execute on development and monitoring of team priorities to align with security goals.

  • Serve as a connector within the security function, facilitating collaboration and alignment.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the security leadership team, providing valuable insights and fostering strong relationships across the enterprise.

Role Components:

Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Security Officer on day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure alignment and execution of critical security projects across the enterprise.

  • Monitor information flow and facilitate timely involvement of leadership in decision-making processes.

Management Process:

  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of internal security management processes.

  • Partner with Finance to manage headcount, budgets, and operational efficiencies.

  • Optimize talent within the security team, assess capabilities, and cultivate a high-performance culture.

  • Coordinate meetings and prepare materials to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

Communications:

  • Work closely with the Communications team to deliver content and execute communication strategies.

  • Facilitate connectivity across the security leadership team and matrix partners.

  • Streamline communication methods to enhance team alignment and efficiency.

Departmental Initiatives:

  • Lead and participate in projects impacting security operations and outcomes.

  • Apply analytical skills, project management expertise, and innovative thinking to solve complex problems.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate security or related field, with leadership experience in business operations.

  • Project management skills preferred.

  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate trends and incorporate them into planning.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of security operations within a corporate environment.

  • Experience in general management including finance, HR, and strategic planning.

  • Proven track record of delivering results and managing risk.

  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and enforce accountability.

  • Customer-focused mindset with dedication to meeting internal and external stakeholder expectations.

  • Experience in matrixed management and relationship building across organizational levels.

  • Action-oriented with ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience in coordinating offsite meetings, managing agendas, and tracking action items.
