As our new Global Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming lives through cutting-edge solutions. You’ll collaborate with passionate teams across R&D, Operations, and Sales & Marketing, driving product success and strategic growth.

Your Role

As Global Product Manager within Upper Limb, you’ll be contributing to the strategic direction of one of our most impactful product portfolios. You’ll lead the product lifecycle management for several products —from ideation and development to launch, optimization, and retirement—ensuring our solutions meet real-world needs and deliver measurable value to patients and professionals alike.

You’ll be part of a small collaborative and mission-driven team within Upper Limb and more broadly part of the wider prosthetic organization, working alongside experienced product managers, clinical experts, and engineers who are passionate about innovation and improving lives. The team thrives on open communication, shared purpose, and a strong sense of ownership, and you’ll play a key role in shaping its direction and success.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Regulatory, and Sales & Marketing to bring innovative products to market. Your role will involve shaping the portfolio strategy, defining product roadmaps, and aligning business goals with customer insights and market trends.

You’ll act as the voice of the customer, engaging with clinicians, patients, and internal stakeholders to uncover unmet needs and translate them into actionable product opportunities. You’ll also provide leadership in product positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning, ensuring our offerings stand out in a dynamic global landscape.

In addition, you’ll oversee quality and compliance aspects, support recall and repair processes, and monitor commercial performance to ensure profitability and long-term success. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be key to driving growth and innovation in the Upper Limb segment.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or University degree; advanced degree is a plus

  • 3+ years of relevant experience e.g. in marketing or business development, ideally in medical devices or healthcare

  • Ability to manage global projects and cross-functional teams

  • Strong intercultural communication skills and international experience

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Passionate about innovation and making a difference in people’s lives
