Responsibilities:

Start Your Career with Us – as a Global Product Applications Manager!
Take on technical responsibility for our filters used in paint mist separation during coating and painting processes.

In this newly created role, product and application engineering come together – giving you the opportunity to actively shape the products of the future in a practical, international environment.
You oversee markets in Europe, India, China, and the USA – always with curiosity and an eye for emerging trends.

  • You define and develop our global product portfolio for paint mist separation, in close collaboration with related departments such as Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Production, and Controlling.

  • You support our global sales teams with your application engineering expertise – in customer projects, product development, and training sessions.

  • You analyze our portfolio in comparison to market trends, new technologies, and competitors, and identify opportunities for innovation.

  • You work with our patent department to review and monitor external patents and initiate appropriate actions.

  • You contribute to the development of a global supplier strategy and the technical management of product suppliers.

  • You travel internationally (30–50%) to understand our customers' needs and optimize products directly on site.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Initial practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or early professional roles.

  • Strong interest in fibers, filtration, or coating systems.

  • You enjoy getting to know our products and the associated systems in detail, and getting your hands dirty in the process.

  • A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for international collaboration.

  • Excellent English and German language skills complete your profile.
