Introduction:
Join our Service delivery team as Global Channel Delivery Program lead, hosted by the F&C Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the Amplify Service Delivery (ASD) Program framework, enabling Partners worldwide deliver services on behalf of HP—ensuring consistency, quality, and impact for our customers. Closely linked with the Channel Strategy team and the broader Amplify framework, this program aims at enhancing the Partner experience while balancing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead governance across global, market, and Channel Strategy teams to ensure alignment and effective program execution.
- Recommend program simplifications and continuous improvements, focusing on reducing program exceptions and enhancing efficiency.
- Continuously improve the LCS, cMPS, and Poly ASD Partner program and end-to-end experience by aligning with business stakeholders, CCC, and ATS teams. This includes assessing Partner needs, benchmarking against competitors, and ensuring effective execution of business strategy through the delivery program. Additionally, develop premium program options for stakeholder review.
- Optimize ASD Partner resources, including program guides, portal content, centralized communications, and capability assessments.
- Coordinate regional execution and enablement across the ASD Partner lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and termination.
About You:
- You are a strategic thinker with extensive experience managing complex programs.
- You thrive in cross-functional, international environments and excel at building relationships, managing conflicts and navigating organizational dynamics.
- You have some experience in programs design, team leading and you have solid legal notions.
- You are data-savvy, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools like PowerBI.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with a proactive and empathetic approach to change management.
Education & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in managing programs within complex organizations.
- 4-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of service business models and portfolios.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven expertise in change management, including driving adoption and managing resistance within international, cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven and proactive, with a track record of taking initiative and delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Project management expertise, with change management certification preferred.
- Fluency in English and exceptional presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and creating insights from data (Excel, PowerBI).
