As the Vice President, Global Partnerships and Alliances, you will lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive long-term revenue growth, profitability, and long-term value for Lytx. With a focus on segment and global expansion and building high-performing teams, this role will oversee both the global partner ecosystem, fostering strong relationships with key partners and customers. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results across a global scale with a small, high-impact team.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute global strategies to drive revenue, growth, and profitability via our partner and channel sales streams. Align global partner initiatives to achieve long-term business objectives.
Partner Sales Team Culture Development: Build and lead a world-class sales team focused on selling to C-suite executives, including partners and our joint customers. Recruit, train, and inspire a motivated team of partner sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Develop and scale Lytx’s partner ecosystem, establishing relationships with Resellers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), OEMs, telematics providers, Insurance companies, hardware vendors,and other strategic partners to enhance market presence and accelerate growth.
Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Drive double digit global revenue growth with partnerships, including joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. Lead the evolution of predictable sales forecasts and financial performance tracking, including budgeting and reporting.
Operational Excellence: Optimize partner sales processes, focusing on automation, process improvements, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and scale. Implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow customer bases in key segments.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Operations) to ensure alignment on partner and sales strategies. Build and implement tools, resources, and training programs to drive partner success and sales performance.
Global Market Leadership: Lead efforts to adapt to evolving market trends and maintain a competitive edge. Manage executive-level relationships with partners and customers, acting as a strategic advisor to help achieve mutual success.
What You Need:
15+ years of experience in business development, partner management, and/or sales leadership in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Proven track record in scaling global sales teams and partner ecosystems, delivering significant revenue growth.
Deep understanding of strategic sales, partner ecosystems, and technical integrations (APIs, enablement strategies).
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across complex organizations.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in financial planning, forecasting, and driving operational improvements.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Experience in technology partner ecosystems and working with all key partner types including Resellers, Value-Added Resellers, ISVs, and OEMs.
Ability to navigate and manage diverse cultural and business environments on a global scale.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
