THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
SANTANDER is looking for a FX ANALYST based out of CORPORATIVO SANTA FE, CDMX.
We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
Build the FX pricers ecosystem: deliver fast pricing for FX options/notes, integrate real-time market data, develop scalable Python modules/services, and connect end-to-end Front/Middle/Back Office flows (pricing, booking, risk, reporting).
eFX analytics & reporting: drive eFX Book analysis, dashboards, and reports; support position management, basic hedges, P&L/risk tracking, and post-trade processes.
Partner with Sales & Trading: improve the UI/UX of pricers and optimize cross-team processes.
Data handling: load/clean CSV/Excel, keep templates tidy and reproducible, and run QA checks before anything goes to Sales/Trading.
Code quality: focus on practical optimization and basic testing for reliability.

Professional Experience
1–2 years of experience in financial services.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
FX 101: understands spot, forwards (and forward points), and vanilla options.
Options 101 (European & American): distinguishes calls/puts, builds payoff graphs, and applies Black-Scholes & Greeks (Delta/Vega/Theta/Rho) at a practical level.
Language
Professional English (must-have)
Hard Skills
Programming — Python or R or VBA (good level, and you enjoy it).
Office: solid Excel and PowerPoint
Soft Skills
