Client support specialist to assist in supporting Fund Connect trading portal

What you will be responsible for

As Fund Connect Support Specialist you will

  • Review Fund information on platform for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist in on-boarding new Admin Operators
  • Manage Holiday Calendars and Notifications
  • Coordinate data set up and maintenance with the Fund Connect development team
  • Resolve client inquiries/issues
  • Review account balances for completeness and assist in sourcing updated data as needed
  • Establish/Maintain relationships with Portal Providers
  • Monitor Integrations (data, trade and file transfers) and coordinate issue resolution
  • Provide platform training to all operators
  • Participate in new feature testing and training
  • Assist portal operators in maintaining their UAT region (balance updates, fund information)
  • Assist in collating and tracking testing feedback and enhancement requests
  • Ensure the adherence of all operational procedures are met and develop new procedures as needed
  • Participate in periodic SLA reviews as needed
  • Design and implement operational controls to support risks associated with new business
  • Coordinate production support schedule including off hours support coverage as needed
  • Assist with development and implementation of process monitoring tools, workflow management tools and client data sharing workflows.
  • Laisse with Fund Companies for trading, fund, and onboarding activities.
  • Support new money market client onboarding
  • Support direct and non-direct money market trading models for Fund Connect clients
  • Support Fund Connect’s ETF offering to State Street (onboarding, fund maintenance)
  • Drive strategic initiatives set forth by  Globallink and Markets

Education & Preferred Qualifications

•              Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent work experience in a financial role.

•              Client Service experience

•              Technical aptitude with wide range of applications, including the MS Office suite, and virtual collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom.

•              Ability to understand and navigate a complex global organization.

•              Comfortable in a remote work environment, inclusive of training and feedback.

•              Fluency in English at a minimum, and any other languages a plus.

•              6 plus years related financial industry experience including 3 years of operations or client service experience

•              Working knowledge of financial industry and all related instruments.

•              Series 7 and 63 a plus

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
