Position Overview - $10,000 Bonus
As a Hospice Admission RN, you’ll utilize critical thinking skills to facilitate comprehensive nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care and regulatory requirements. In addition, the Hospice Admission RN is expected to establish hospice plan of care and communication according to the guidelines below.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved Nursing education program
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Maryland
Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse.
Home healthcare/hospice experience preferred.
Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a special emphasis on grief/loss management.
Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site
Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program.

Pay Range: $36.70-$58.71 per hour (based on years of experience, skillset, and other factors)
