We’re looking for a technically-minded SEO specialist who understands how search is evolving in the age of AI. Your focus will be on ensuring that client websites are crawlable, semantically structured, and fully ready for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences.
Core Expertise
• Advanced technical SEO fundamentals: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, canonicalization, and structured data.
• Core Web Vitals Audit and performance optimization — site speed, mobile responsiveness, and rendering behavior.
• Schema.org implementation and entity-based SEO (Article, Product, FAQPage, Organization, Person, Review, etc.).
• Robots.txt and sitemap management, including AI crawler accessibility.
• HTTPS and security hygiene for SEO and user trust.
• Log file analysis and crawl diagnostics using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar tools.
• International SEO: hreflang, geo-targeting, and multilingual sitemaps.
• Monitoring & reporting via Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO platforms like SemRush.
AI & Next-Gen Search Readiness
• Understanding of AEO (AI Engine Optimization) and how AI systems retrieve and cite web content.
• Optimizing metadata and structured entities for AI-generated summaries and “citable” results.
• Awareness of semantic markup, entity linking, and the Knowledge Graph.
Collaboration & Delivery
• Work directly with clients, internal teams, developers and IT teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Document and communicate technical requirements clearly.
• Advise on scalable SEO frameworks and technical standards across client properties.
👉 Your Profile
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of structured data, site architecture, and crawl mechanics.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
• Fluent English (German or French a plus).
