WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Motivate and guide franchise partners to maintain alignment with Skechers brand and retail standards.
Drive sales growth through coaching, training, and regular store visits.
Execute marketing, visual, and promotional initiatives in partnership with corporate and country teams.
Collaborate on seasonal assortments, SKU allocation, and store layouts.
Manage day-to-day franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
Support new store openings, special events, and business reviews.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Ability to analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
Strong problem-solving skills with practical, effective solutions in retail environments.
Proven ability to build constructive relationships with franchise partners and internal teams.
Experience managing decentralized teams and motivating remote staff.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS in Business or a related field is preferred, but relevant extensive experience in retail management will also be considered.
Relevant extensive experience in retail management, including overseeing multiple locations or teams. Franchise experience is a plus but not required.
Strong knowledge of retail systems, merchandising, marketing, visual standards, and operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
Ability to travel extensively (up to 70%) within Europe and occasionally internationally.
