About This Job
Franchise Conversion Data Analysts focus on home onboarding, reservation and money management, and quality assurance. You’ll work on multiple projects at once and be exposed to all aspects of the business. Supports the Franchise Conversion Team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while positively representing the company.
Essential Job Functions
- Extract data from different industry Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Analyze and manipulate large volumes of data using Google Sheets, Excel, and Python.
- Validate data integrity through departmental quality assurance practices.
- Work with your project team to manage your project scope and ensure the target dates are met.
- Balance daily project responsibilities with time sensitive/urgent requests.
- Identify and escalate risks, provide recommended mitigation plan, and implement the solution.
- Track and report the status of all project tasks related to scope.
- Be willing to travel onsite if necessary.
- Be prepared to work on multiple projects, tasks, and maintain the ability to pivot as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process optimizations. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the function.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align departmental goals with broader organizational strategy.
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, information technology or other related fields is a plus
- 1 to 3 years experience in a related field.
- Experience or exposure to industry PMS software (Streamline, Guesty, etc.)
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with different cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and other Excel formulas
- Well organized and high attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and implement solutions on short timelines
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently, make key decisions, and act with integrity and discretion
- Capable of thriving under pressure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills to work across different organizational levels
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Google Apps
- Python experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand.
Compensation
- $60000 - $70000 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Physical Demands
