Financial Advisory & Business Partnership:
Recommending actions to enhance profitability by analyzing and interpreting data and conducting comparative analyses.
Acting as a business partner with Operations, Client Services, Workforce, and key management to identify and implement profit improvement strategies.
Supporting the Senior Management Team, Department Heads, and Site VPs/Directors with in-depth analysis and financial insights.
Developing financial models and analyses for strategic initiatives.
Analyzing complex financial information to provide timely and accurate recommendations for management decisions.
Driving the implementation of initiatives, strategies, and policies to achieve company goals.
Motivating, educating, and developing team members and stakeholders (Operations, department heads, Client Services, Workforce) to support the company's short- and long-term objectives.
Process Improvements:
Identifying and leading cross-functional process improvements to create efficient and effective end-to-end processes that drive profitability.
Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis:
Performing financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Evaluating financial performance by comparing actual results with budget and forecast.
Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
Tracking and reporting operational metrics that impact profitability, providing clear visibility into their financial implications.
Conducting ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Required qualification:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, Chartered Accountant is preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations in a BPO setting, Business Analytics, Business Finance, Finance & Accounting, or Revenue Analysis.
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
A strong aptitude for analytics, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
