We are looking for a temporary Food & Beverage Team Member to work up to Christmas within our iconic Wedgwood Tea Room at our award-winning tourist destination, World of Wedgwood. World of Wedgwood is the home of Stoke-on-Trent’s most prestigious ceramics brand, Wedgwood, in Barlaston (5 minutes from Trentham).
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager you will be involved in delivering our Christmas events, welcoming all guests and providing the ultimate luxury experience.
To be a successful Food & Beverage Team Member you will:
preferably have previous experience of working in a hospitality role, ideally within a similar environment
demonstrate confidence and enthusiasm in meeting, greeting and building a rapport with guests
be confident (or a quick learner) in using Gamma, Collins & Hospitality systems for bookings and ticket handling
possess an eye for detail and be focused on delivering excellent customer service standards
have the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team, including the wider World of Wedgwood team
be well presented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
This is a temporary part time role for Christmas until January 4th 2026, working 15 hours per week over 2 days from 7, predominately on Saturday and Sunday. (Evening work may be required on occasion by prior arrangement).
