Car Fleet Specialist will be managing company cars and ensuring smooth operations. We're looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team.

What will you be doing?

  • Fleet Management: Oversee fleet operations in Southern Europe, covering two countries (around 150 cars), ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained, cost-efficient, and compliant with regulations, while optimizing the total cost of ownership (TCO). As the role develops, there may be an opportunity to expand responsibilities to additional countries.

  • Vehicle Acquisition: Manage the process of acquiring new company vehicles, collaborating with suppliers to select solutions that align with company policies and business needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments (HR, Finance) and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and gathering feedback to improve fleet operations.

  • Data-Driven Reporting: Prepare and manage fleet reports, ensuring accurate data and compliance with legal requirements, while streamlining reporting for efficiency.

  • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement initiatives to reduce costs across fuel, services, insurance, and other fleet-related expenditures.

  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to maximize support and collaboration.

  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with global fleet teams to align strategies and ensure consistency across regions.

What will you need to be successful?

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Fleet-related role.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Being a team player who can work effectively both independently and within a team.

  • Self-motivation, as you'll be expected to follow processes while also suggesting and implementing improvements and efficiencies.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Experience with SAP/Workday (nice to have)

  • Proficiency in English language
