Your responsibilities:
Conducting complex financial analyses
Participating in the preparation of the annual budget
Preparing ad hoc financial analyses based on data from various sources
Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including verifying data accuracy, reconciling balances, and ensuring the correctness of calculations
Preparing financial reports and analyses to support the company’s business needs
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting, controlling, and financial processes
Identifying and proposing improvements to accounting, controlling, and financial procedures
What profile are we looking for:
Higher education in economics or a related field
Solid experience in a similar position
Practical knowledge of legal, accounting and tax regulations in Poland
Ability to analyze data (top-down approach) and identify root causes
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
Experience in budgeting and financial planning
English and Polish proficiency at a level enabling fluent spoken and written communication (minimum B2)
Independence in work and proactive approach to collaboration
