Job Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of this role are:
Being the Financial Business Partner for the markets under his/her responsibility
Provide financial performance updates, analysis, and insights; work closely with leadership team to ensure results are understood.
Lead the monthly latest estimate process for sales and provide consolidated views for management review
Prepare and analyze monthly operating results, financial forecasts, and other reports; summarize information for review while meeting tight reporting deadlines.
Construct financial forecasts and budgets in partnership with leadership team.
Support regional and global FP&A initiatives as required.
Review standard costs in collaboration with the global COSI team and other functional teams
Support business case evaluations for commercial team requests.
Responsible for all process related to price volume analysis
Qualifications:
Degree in Finance / Accounting, CPA. MBA is advantageous.
More than 5 years of relevant experience, with FP&A experience mandatory.
Strong quantitative/analytical skills and experience with BPC and SAP highly desired
Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and ability to drive changes and process improvements
Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures
· Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
