The purpose of this role is to continuously evolve the digitalisation / automation and provide accurate and data-based information on company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. You will work with multiple aspects of reporting for our financials, process optimization, financial planning and analysis, Mgt Reporting as well as communication with a range of management levels and business segments.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for execution, planning and design of projects for Digitalisation of reporting processes.
Assist in the stabilisation and further digital development of the financial management information system
Work across Segment FP&A and FBP teams informing, analysing and challenge current reporting landscape and continuous improvement
Support financial analysis reporting with efficient and clear communication to stakeholders and decision makers.
Identify and implement continual improvement in business and financial processes.
Responsible for transformation of Performance management reports on the digital platform.
Contributes towards upgrading the digital and technical requirements of the various teams
Helps, supports and trains teams with the development of the advancement of the technology

Experience / Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Analytics and BI development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and fundamental understanding of cloud platforms (Azure).
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of finance fundamentals (P&L, budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis).
