We are seeking a highly Analytical, Accountable, and Results-Oriented Finance & Supply Chain Analyst to provide financial insights, foster operational excellence, and leverage modern technologies.

About the Role

As a Finance & Supply Chain Analyst, you will report directly to the Cluster CFO and play a critical role in supporting business success by providing financial analysis, reporting, and supply chain coordination. You will act as a business partner across functions, supporting affiliate Finance Managers in planning, forecasting, and supply chain management in a dynamic, cross-country environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support short, mid, and long-term forecasting processes for sales, OPEX, and other financial areas.
  • Prepare relevant reporting (quantitative & qualitative) for the cluster business.
  • Provide financial analytics to support decision-making and business initiatives.
  • Gather market data, competitor intelligence, and business insights for the portfolio.
  • Assist with demand planning (S\&OP) and forecast updates in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Support inventory management, including reviews of slow-moving and obsolete stock, and help validate cycle counts at warehouses.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures; assist with monthly and quarterly closing activities.
  • Help maintain internal controls and support compliance audits.

Distribution and Supply Chain Oversight

  • Support local distribution governance and logistics/supply chain projects.
  • Gather market intelligence for distribution markets.
  • Act as a liaison between distribution channels, shared services (GBS), and internal teams to streamline O2C activities.
  • Monitor order management processes to ensure efficient operations and timely revenue recognition.
  • Help oversee master data management, ensuring accuracy in customer, price, and material records within SAP.
  • Assist with system readiness for new product launches and ensure timely product supply to markets.
  • Support process-related controls and adherence to internal policies.

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide financial and supply chain support to the Cluster CFO and affiliate Finance Managers, as well as cross-functional leaders.
  • Help streamline financial and supply chain processes to enhance productivity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, supply chain, or business analysis
  • Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools (Excel, PowerPoint; SAP or Power BI is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of demand planning and inventory management concepts.
  • Interest in leveraging technology and automation to improve processes.
