About the Role & Program:
The Disney Entertainment segment is the foundation on which The Walt Disney Company was built, and at its heart are world-renowned animated features and live-action motion pictures. Studio Financial Planning and Analysis (Studio FP&A) is dedicated to providing high quality information and services to our business partners. We will promote innovation and growth by developing our employees and maximizing technology while maintaining a fun environment. This internship is a full-time, three-month commitment in the Burbank, CA area from June - August 2026.
- Assist with Content Sales, Licensing and Other P&L consolidation process for Forecast and Annual Plan 
 - Work closely with Studio Business Unit finance teams (e.g. Marvel, Lucasfilm, Studio Technology, etc.) to understand business issues impacting P&L 
 - Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis for management 
 - Assist with variance analysis and research of variance items 
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A solid skill set gained through course work in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration 
 - Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a willingness to embrace and adapt to an ever-changing environment and work situation 
 - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously 
 - Collaborative mindset combined with ability to work independently 
 - Data analytics mindset 
 - Ability to structure projects and handle ambiguous data  
 - Strong written and oral communication skills 
 - Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills 
 - Data Visualization (i.e. Tableau) and Business Intelligence Tools  
 
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related area
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: 
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
 - Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants:  You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.  
 - Be at least 18 years of age
 - Possess unrestricted work authorization
 
Additional Information:
- Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during traditional business hours for the duration of the internship 
 - Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Burbank, CA area
 
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
