Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Provide support to finance manager on various forecasting, planning, analytics and reporting process

• Create and update regular templates per requirement and schedule

• Complete system uploading, data maintenance and reconciliations

• Support reporting consolidations and accuracy review

• Liaise with different business partners and teams for proper follow-up

• Assist in preparing other deliverables as needed

Qualifications & Required Skills

• University student in Accounting, Finance, or Business major

• Basic knowledge of financial planning and accounting 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). User experience or knowledge in SAP, Cognos or Power BI is preferred

• Highly self-motivated and adaptable to multiple tasks 

• Attentive to detail and accurate, fast learner and a team player

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin

• Able to work 3-4 days/week for 6-month minimum term
