Finance Business Advice Stageur

ING Bank Italy is looking for a Finance Business Advice Stageur who will join the FBA department at our Office in Milan.

You will have the chance to be part of an international environment, getting to know the Planning & Control processes, be involved in management accounting reporting activities for Retail Banking and giving your contribution and support on:

  • Retail Banking processes mapping and optimization: you will be involved in the processes in order to draft related procedures, seeking for further efficiency in the processes and organization of FBA department.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting
  • Exposure on P&L monitoring and reporting Tools
  • Analysis of Retail Banking cost base under different views (cost line, department, product)
  • Support other FBA activities on ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, finance or engineering management
  • Knowledge of Banking industry background, preferably in International banks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Visual Basic)
  • Fluent in Italian and in English
