Summary:


Oversees the daily administrative and financial operations for a department or college, ensuring effective resource management, budget monitoring, and process improvements. Supports strategic planning efforts and ensures compliance with institutional policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and monitors departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial compliance

• Manages day-to-day administrative operations, including workflow optimization, process improvements, and policy implementation

• Assists leadership in developing and executing operational and financial strategies to achieve organizational goals

• Supervises and develops administrative staff, fostering an environment of accountability and professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience required
• Experience administering projects, programs, and /or processes is preferred

Expected Hiring Range:

$59,425.00 - $83,935.00

With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
