What's exciting about the role

The Field Service Coordinator supports our field services operations across Latin America. This position is responsible for managing and following up on customer requests, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between Verifone and our external vendors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field service operations, particularly in Mexico, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Verifone and field service technicians, merchants, and vendors.
  • Coordinate and monitor field service activities, ensuring timely resolution of customer requests and service issues.
  • Manage daily operational tasks including:
    • Service reporting and performance tracking
    • Invoicing and documentation
    • Special projects related to field operations
  • Analyze service KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee inventory and logistics related to field service deployments.
  • Collect, organize, and interpret technical data from field teams and vendors.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide proactive support and follow-up on customer service issues related to field operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is not required but is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services or a related operational role.
  • Strong understanding of the field services market in Mexico, including working with technicians and merchants.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, report manipulation, and KPI tracking.
  • Experience with inventory management and operational logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Spanish fluency required
  • English B2 proficiency for internal communication with managers and directors
