Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a Field Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support our customers in the Lancashire and Yorkshire regions, ensuring the effective use of our industry-leading chemicals and equipment through expert training and on-site support.
Service Excellence
Provide exceptional service to key strategic and national accounts.
Follow tailored service plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
Hands-On Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive training sessions to client teams.
Conduct on-site audits to assess performance and adherence.
Monitor product effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Minimize downtime using remote diagnostics and tools.
Collaboration & Customer Engagement
Work closely with National and Internal Account Teams to align on service objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; share insights with sales teams.
Maintain detailed records and reporting using Salesforce for clear communication.

Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in customer service or a field-based service role.
Technical proficiency and IT literacy, particularly with Excel and Salesforce.
Experience in the cleaning, hygiene, or related industries (preferred).
A full UK driving license is required.
