Field Service HSE Manager

Role Summary/Purpose

As a Field Service HSE Manager the Panametrics product line, you are responsible for the creation, maintenance and transmission of HSE related credentials in North America. This includes maintaining internal and customer-facing documentation surrounding Field Engineer technical, medical, and safety records.  Additionally, the Field Service HSE manager would support all HSE related incidents and the administration thereof.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Safe and compliant performance of all activities in line with the company’s and our customers’ environmental health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures
  • Comprehensive job planning including all Safety, Drug & Alcohol, and Medical Systems (e.g. ISN, Avetta, RIGPASS, DISA)
  • Direct administration of OSCA Trainings and Certifications for engineers deploying to California
  • Management of company insurance certificates related to Field Service Mobilizations
  • Administration and Enforcement of Panametrics internal training requirements
  • Proactively interface between all functions of the company and our customers concerning technical, operational, and EHS challenges as applicable to any assignment
  • Uncompromising integrity to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and company rules and requirements
  • Create, update, and transmit Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) credentials for Field Engineers across North America.
  • Ensure all certifications, medical clearances, and safety training records are current and compliant with internal and customer requirements.
  • Assist in the reporting, investigation, and documentation of HSE-related incidents

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

  • Have an associate’s degree in STEM, Business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university with 2+ years of professional experience or High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum of 5 years of professional HSE experience in oil & gas, power, and/or industrial industry
  • Have a background in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), preferably in field service or industrial environments.
  • Must be proficient with computers to include Microsoft Office products and other basic computer skills
  • Must have some experience with safety systems to include: ISN, Avetta, RIGPASS, DISA

Desired Characteristics

  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry and extensive experience in a high-pressure technical working environment
  • Previous experience in the following HSE functions
    • Managing training records
    • Managing legal filings and payments
    • Managing procurement of PPE, HSE operating supplies
    • Management of Intelex Compliance records
    • Management of legal records/retention
    • Management of third party HSE contracts and PO's
    • Management of worker's comp paperwork in coordination with HSE managers and supervisors
