Position Overview:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in the medical device industry? Join our team as a Field Service Engineer and receive in-depth training on our anatomical pathology portfolio to become an expert. Location:

Dresden-Region (and Saxony, partially Brandenburg)

What you will do:

  • Carry out all scheduled and ad-hoc service activities in accordance with internal procedures and customer regulations.
  • Deliver responsive support through telephone diagnostics and on-site service visits.
  • Conduct VDE 0701/0702 safety tests on customer equipment and ensure accurate documentation of results.
  • Efficiently manage your work schedule and handle technical escalations effectively.
  • Proactively promote the company’s contract service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional background or qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of field experience in servicing analytical equipment or comparable devices.
  • Willingness to travel to the UK for training purposes.
  • Excellent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Possession of a clean driving license.
