After building a large, well-oiled inside sales team, we are looking for talented people who will help us build our field-sales team. The work will primarily focus on specific areas, including:
- Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater
- Miami–Fort Lauderdale–West Palm Beach
- Jacksonville
As a Field Account Executive, you’ll be on the ground connecting directly with local businesses, walking in, starting conversations, and showing them how Connecteam can transform their employee management. You’ll own your territory, plan your days, and build lasting relationships that turn into paying customers.
What you'll be doing:
- You will become a product and sales expert!
- Be a “Seller on the go”, who strategically finds business opportunities and visits them on site to create interest and generate pipeline
- Run the sale from start to finish
- The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline.
- Be the face of the company – Connecteam is known for our outstanding customer service and approach.
- Influence the product in light of client demands and needs
- Initiative, independence and ownership
Qualifications:
- At least 1year doing field sales for a software company
- Strong record of quota attainment
- Strong social skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
- Highly resilient and self-motivated
- Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment.
- Hungry to make a true impact and grow with us!
- Ability to work in the field from Mon-Fri - must.
