How you'll make an impact
Oversee the execution of production orders and timely support of quotation requests by managing and enhancing the efficiency of the team. Ensure that tasks are completed promptly and effectively, maintaining high-speed operations without compromising quality or cost-effectiveness.
Establish governance structures and organizational frameworks to ensure effective management of the factory engineering team. Develop and facilitate engineering capacity planning processes to assess current and future resource requirements for the factory, ensuring that the team is prepared to meet project demands and organizational objectives.
Manage the factory’s engineering budget, ensuring it aligns with strategic priorities and operational needs. Monitor financial performance, conducting regular reviews to address variances and optimize resource allocation across engineering projects.
Track engineering KPIs. Implement common engineering KPIs, as per HUB engineering framework, to enhance quality, productivity, and standardization while ensuring performance targets align with global and local objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including teams in supply chain management, marketing, quality, and operations. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to address concerns, gather feedback, and enhance overall satisfaction with engineering initiatives and projects. Engage with customers within factory scope to understand their needs, gather feedback on engineering solutions, and ensure that deliverables meet their expectations and support long-term partnership success.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for engineering issues within the factory, fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving. Define and implement effective operating guidelines for the factory engineering team, while overseeing progress and actively addressing technical challenges.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; a master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering Management or Business Administration is preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in engineering operations, with focus on order execution.
Previous experience in Distribution Liquid filled Transformer as mechanical / electrical engineering manager would be an advantage with 2-5 years of experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop engineering teams from multiple disciplines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Advanced level of written and spoken Turkish&English.
