What this job involves:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll serve as the central hub for maintenance and repair operations across multiple properties, managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery through our Corrigo platform. This remote position requires you to coordinate with client offices across assigned US regions, providing 24/7 emergency support while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence. You'll play a critical role in JLL's facilities management success by overseeing everything from routine maintenance to capital projects, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and delivering outstanding customer service that strengthens our client partnerships.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Manage work orders in Corrigo platform from submission to completion, ensuring accurate vendor assignment and scheduling coordination with offices
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support, coordinating with JLL helpdesk and landlords to ensure site safety and proper escalation procedures
• Schedule and track preventative maintenance activities and building inspections, creating follow-up service tickets as needed
• Conduct vendor performance management including billing reviews, service evaluations, and supplier meetings for continuous improvement
• Review and validate supplier quotations, providing cost estimates to offices and client leadership for approval
• Coordinate seasonal facility events and weather-related responses including hurricanes, storms, and snow management
• Assist with capital project management including HVAC replacements, gathering bids, cost comparisons, and permitting documentation 
• Source local services to perform day-to-day operations through 3rd party suppliers. This could include writing a contract scope of work, obtaining necessary vendor set-up forms, and reviewing certificates of insurance for compliance.
• Review and verify lease agreement to ensure compliance with lease terms. Work with Client transactions team to verify tenant responsibility and lease extensions and terms.
• Work closely with landlords to address building needs and issues (as outlined in lease agreements). Track landlord work schedules and communicate back to office until completion.
• Work closely with janitorial firms regarding performance issues and review Action Plan provided by janitorial firm and relay Plan information to offices. Escalate to Sourcing if Action Plan not adhered to and/or office not seeing appropriate results
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of facilities management or property management experience
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated customer service abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including 24/7 emergency on-call support
• Experience with lease agreement review and compliance management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Corrigo work order management platform
• Project management certification or experience with capital improvement projects
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and building systems maintenance
• Previous experience in commercial real estate or property services industry
• Familiarity with vendor sourcing and procurement processes
• Experience working remotely with multiple client locations across different regions
• Prior experience sourcing for local vendors
Estimated compensation for this position:
65,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
