Are you someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment? We’re looking for an Express Advisor/Cashier to join our Service Department at Auto Ranch!
In this role, you’ll assist our service team by writing express service repair orders, supporting customers throughout their visit, and ensuring daily transactions are reconciled accurately. Excellent communication and attention to detail are key!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with some Saturdays
Compensation: Hourly to start $15-17, then transitions to salary + commission
What You’ll Do
• Write and oversee express service repair orders from start to finish
• Reconcile daily drawer and deliver money intake to the office
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to every guest
• Assist with issuing purchase orders to vendors as needed
What You’ll Bring
• Basic computer and email proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous automotive or service experience is helpful but not required
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
