WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We’re excited to add an Executive Talent Experience Lead to our small, high-impact team supporting Box’s global executive search efforts. In this hands-on, candidate-centric role you will design and deliver exceptional, high-touch experiences for senior candidates across the executive talent lifecycle — from attraction through onboarding — both in-person at our Redwood City Office Hub and virtually. You will partner closely with executive talent partners, fellow talent experience leads, and interview teams to manage scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications, while handling sensitive, fast-moving information with discretion, emotional intelligence, and a customer-service mindset. By owning the candidate-facing details that shape perception of our brand, you’ll help “blow our candidates’ minds” and support Box’s business goals and growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate complex schedules, travel, and logistics for senior leaders (candidates and internally); escalate and resolve conflicts proactively.
Draft, edit, and deliver clear, polished communications (email, talking points, briefing notes, presentations) for executive audiences.
Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely follow-up.
Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information with strict discretion and compliance.
Anticipate needs and surface risks or opportunities before they escalate; make sound decisions under pressure.
Lead cross-functional projects that impact executive experience, tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
Develop and maintain remote and in-person engagement practices that ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across locations and time zones.
WHO YOU ARE
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to produce concise, executive-ready materials.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage many concurrent priorities and shifting timelines.
High emotional intelligence, tact, and diplomacy; comfortable managing sensitive interpersonal situations.
Proven discretion handling confidential information and exercising good judgment.
Excellent stakeholder management; builds credibility quickly with senior leaders and partners.
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; adapts quickly and remains composed under pressure.
Proficiency with calendar and collaboration tools, virtual meeting platforms, and document collaboration systems.
Ability to work effectively both in person and remotely, across time zones.
Success measures
Timeliness and accuracy of executive communications and deliverables.
Smooth execution of onboarding and transitions with minimal disruptions.
Reduction in scheduling conflicts and improved cross-functional coordination.
Compliance with confidentiality and data-handling standards.
Desired background
2+ years in executive support, guest services, talent experience, hospitality, people operations, or program management supporting senior leaders.
Track record of managing high-stakes, confidential work-streams.
