Location: This role is based out of our Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY office. We have a hybrid in-office model and are in office 3 days a week -- this role is expected to be an in-office culture champion.
Swayable is a fast-growing, cloud analytics product that measures public opinion and the impact of messages and advertising content on it. We are a 40-person team backed by top technology and social impact investors, including Y Combinator. Clients include major consumer-facing brands (Amazon, Airbnb, Square, Paramount Pictures), technology companies (Meta, Google), researchers (MIT, Yale, Stanford) and mission-aligned civic advocacy campaigns (e.g. on climate, human rights and elections).

The Executive Operations & Culture Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a vibrant and efficient workplace. You will be the go-to person for NYC office management, a key support for the CEO, and an advocate for our company culture.
