Your focus will be on delivering exceptional experiences for direct clients and relationship-managed customers, strengthening partnerships with Product and Credit, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll also lead a team of highly skilled ETO DTRs, maintaining a strong emphasis on service, risk management, and trading integrity.

On any given day you will

  • Oversee the Options desk, ensuring compliant execution of orders under Market Integrity Rules and internal frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end service delivery for margin lending clients, driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Manage origination processes for new margin loans, ensuring accurate assessment, smooth onboarding, and proactive credit risk management.
  • Monitor service standards across Margin Lending and Options, including response times and handling efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and team engagement.
  • Maintain robust risk controls across onboarding, lending, trading, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business development teams for seamless deal submissions and aligned priorities.
  • Partner with Dealer Groups and Advisers to support origination processes.
  • Build strong relationships with Product teams to maximise customer value and unlock new opportunities.
  • Drive and contribute to business projects, campaigns, and improvement initiatives.
  • Represent customer-facing teams and advocate for client needs with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports to Financial Risk and other governance committees.

A strategic leader who inspires others, develops talent, and fosters a culture of engagement and high performance. You’ll be passionate about coaching, capability uplift, and creating an environment where people thrive.

What you’ll bring:
