Today, we have operations in Bermuda, Singapore, the UK and the US and remains resolutely committed to protecting financial futures.  The Resolution Life Investments team is a critical balance sheet stakeholder contributing income to resolution Life balance sheet and supporting business growth by supporting new pricing as well as managing in force portfolios.  Resolution Life has a fully outsourced model with and extensive asset manager dashboard and key strategic partnerships that support Resolution Life investment strategy through managing and originating Public and Private assets.  The Investments team is composed of 30+ employees based across Europe (UK-London) and the US (NYC). 

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Investment Officer provides high-level administrative and operational support to enable the effective management of the Investment Office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will also provide coverage for U.S.-based Executive Assistants during absences or peak workload periods, ensuring seamless continuity of support across the Investment organization.

Key Accountabilities

•             Proactively manage calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing deadlines, and ensuring efficient time management.

•             Act as a gatekeeper for internal and external meeting requests, exercising sound judgment and discretion.

•             Manage complex travel arrangements, ensuring all preferences and business requirements are met.

•             Liaise with external stakeholders and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings.

•             Support the broader team with ad hoc scheduling and coordination needs.

•             Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations as needed.

•             Support special projects and assume additional responsibilities to advance executive and departmental objectives.

•             Parter with other executive assistants to ensure alignment, consistency, and efficient communication flow.

•             Provide coverage and mutual backup support to other U.S. based executive assistants as needed to ensure business continuity across the organization.

•             Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Experience

•             Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in an executive administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment.

•             Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.  

•             Advanced Power point skills

•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

•             Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

•             Basic excel skills preferable.

•             Highly organized, with strong planning skills and exceptional attention to detail.

•             Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, including senior executives.

•             Familiarity with the financial services or investment management environment.

•             Self-starter with strong initiative, problem-solving, and sound judgment.

•             Able to anticipate needs, manage ambiguity, and remain composed and solutions-focused under pressure.

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office),

These estimates consider a wide range of factors in making base salary decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

In addition to salary, Resolution Life US offers a comprehensive benefits package, including our health & wellness program, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The range for the role may differ based on the location.
